Underwriting and payment considerations:

Underwriting
The underwriting process and review criteria for medical advances are identical to Pre-Settlement fundings with the exception of medical provider involvement. Our source will look to the cooperation of the medical provider to provide proof of treatment and/or surgical need. Virtually all accident injuries are considered for medical fundings.
Payment
Since medical providers will be paid upfront and assume no risk, the funding source will seek discounted medical fees to assure the plaintiff’s maximum net recovery.

How to submit a case Step One   Become informed by the medical provider and plaintiff that medical services are needed to treat injuries related to the accident case.       Step Two   Verify that the Patient is unable to pay for medical services. If there is no coverage or other means to pay for medical services, our source will work with you, the medical provider and your client, to arrange for a medical advance for services.       Step Three   The underwriters will review the case and medical parameters with you, the attorney.       Step Four   They will then contract with your client and secure a case lien for treatment needed or rendered.       Step Five   Payment will be delivered directly to the medical provider for treatment needed or rendered.
